The freight forwarders maintain full control over the issuance of Master Airway Bills (MAWB), any House Airway Bills (HAWB), and the choice of the customs declarant or destination broker, unless explicitly requested by the client. This approach enables us to respond promptly and tailor our services to the various operational needs.

• Optimized management of rates and spaces

92% of our business focuses on direct management with carriers and the sale of our allotments to freight agents, taking care of rates and allocated spaces based on customer needs, ensuring carriers a performance of approximately 98% on allotments and secure space for shippers 52 weeks a year. The remaining 8% pertains to the transfer of our Airway Bills (AWB), always maintaining a strategic and results-oriented approach.
